Thank you for using vivo mobile phone, we provide below warranty policies for your mobile phone, if the following rules contain any inconsistency or omission of the national policies, the national policies shall prevail.
Scope of warranty
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase/invoice, and the specific provisions are as follows:
• 12 months for the mobile phone and the built-in battery.
• For the warranty period of the technical accessories (if any) purchased with the phone: 6 months for chargers; 6 months for charging cables/USB cables; 6 months for earphones.
Customers can enjoy warranty services at our authorized service centers in the country of purchase.
Exclusion of warranty
Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the product caused by:
Normal wear and tear; Improper operation; Use of third-party accessories;
Failure to observe safety precautions;
Use of violence (e.g. beating); Misuse, abuse, negligence or an accident howsoever caused; Spillage of food or liquids,
corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage;
Attempts to repair, disassemble or modify the phone (e.g. attempt to remove the battery) on your own initiative or by any party other than vivo or its authorized service centers; Force majeure.
In addition, modification or replacement of the original operating system (e.g. modifying root permission or installing custom ROM) as well as absence of or tampering with the serial number or IMEI will lead to the exclusion of the warranty.
However, if the warranty does not apply, you can have your product repaired with a fee.
Warranty conditions
When you request warranty services (repair or replacement) from iQOO, iQOO may require you to provide details of your proof of purchase so that iQOO can check whether the product is still within the warranty period.
Preparations
Before you hand over or send a product to iQOO for warranty claim check, please back up all personal information, data and apps stored on the product, and then delete all personal data from the product. If necessary, also remove all storage media, SIM cards or accessories that are not included in the scope of delivery.iQOO is not liable for damage or loss of data, apps, SIM cards or removable storage media.
If the defect in question also affects the technical accessories purchased with your phone, such as chargers, charging/data cables, and earphones, please also include such relevant technical accessories.
You can help iQOO for troubleshooting by including a description of the defect or malfunction.
Ensure to use safe packaging during transport to avoid damage to the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, other than the legal rights to which you are entitled under applicable local laws and the above express warranty provided by iQOO,
iQOO grants no other warranties, whether express or implied, in terms of services in this warranty document.
To the extent permitted by law, iQOO will not be liable for any unforeseeable loss due to a breach of this warranty. Consumers can only use iQOO products for non-commercial purposes. Therefore, iQOO will not bear any profit, income, or time loss caused by your use of the device or inability to use the device.
