Service Description :

1.The spare part prices listed on spare part price query interface could differ from the actual charge, owing to warranty period of the handset. If a handset is in warranty then services like software abnormality resolution, product inspection, part replacement and system maintenance, etc. will be provided free of cost. Please note that services for issues including but not limited to part damage are chargeable regardless of the warranty of the handset.
2 In case where a product is out of warranty, product inspection and system maintenance will be free of cost, If parts need to be replaced, the cost of the parts and labor cost will be charged. (functional fault of the handset is subject to the inspection results of the service center).
