Step 1: Place the earphones in the charging case, open the lid, and press and hold both touch areas for 5 seconds. When the charging case status indicator flashes white, the earphones enter pairing mode

The resistance to splashes, water and dust is not permanent and may be reduced due to daily use. Do not charge the earphones when it is wet. Refer to Safety information in Settings for cleaning and drying instructions. Damage due to liquid ingress is not covered by the warranty.
- For advanced features like Google Fast Pair, Google Assistant, Wearing Detection, Find My Earphones, and Smart Upgrade, your device needs a system memory of 6 GB or more. It should be running Android 9 & Funtouch OS 9.2 or newer, and you'll also need the TWS App upgraded to version 9.2.5.9 or higher. To check the TWS version, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Earphones Name > Right Arrow > Upgrade.
- When iQOO TWS 1e earphones are removed from the charging case for the first time, they will automatically enter pairing mode. After the earphones are reset to factory settings, they will automatically enter pairing mode the first time they are powered on.
